Finance Division

The City of Victorville’s Finance Division serves both its citizens and other City departments and is responsible for the management and oversight of the following functions:

• Budget preparation and administration
• Preparation of the City’s annual financial statements
• General Accounting
• Accounts Payable
• Administration of the City’s Debt
• Accounts Receivable and General Billing
• Purchasing
• Cashiering and Business License

The Finance Division is comprised of two divisions:
