About Council Member McEachron
Ryan McEachron was born and raised in the high desert. He graduated from Apple Valley Senior High School in 1991 and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Communication from Arizona State University in 1995.
Ryan is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ISU Insurance Services - ARMAC Agency in Victorville. He served on the Victorville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for six years and served as its Chamber Chairman of the Board in 2000-2001 year.
As well as his involvement in the Chamber, Ryan is involved in many other community organizations such as the Victorville Rotary where he served as their president in 2004-2005. Ryan's leadership has earned him appointments to various positions such as the Victorville Planning Commission where he served from December 2000, part of that time as its Chairman, until his election to the Victorville City Council in November 2008. Ryan currently serves as the City of Victorville delegate to the San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG), a regional transportation planning agency. Ryan was also the City’s delegate to the Victor Valley Economic Development Authority (VVEDA) from 2010 – 2012.
In 2008, Ryan McEachron was elected to Victorville City Council and was reelected in 2012. Ryan was appointed Mayor in December 2010 and served in that capacity until December 2012, when he was appointed to serve as Mayor Pro Tem for a two-year term.
